Zaks Still sat in the water outside of Kami house feeling the water rush over her body as master Roshi instructed to do. Over and over the waters washed over her and she felt the cold, salty, and wet liquid blinded her to anything but itself. The noise it made washed away everything else as she tried to listen. She could focus on little else as the water froze her body over and over constantly moving. How long has she been sitting out here in the Sand? To become in harmony with her self so she could sense KI?

If she had learned to sense earlier in her life she would have am easier time on some of her missions like they hide from her. Like that.... Family. Suddenly she could not think about her past when she used to be a warrior for the Saiyan empire. She invaded worlds and killed Families even the ones that hid from her...children... Like Opherla.
Opening her eyes for the first time since Afternoon she looked out into the sunset her eyes starting to water. She had not understood at the time what she had been doing and she had not listened to all the families that begged her. They begged her not to kill there children. One Family Ran together the father and mother trying to shield the little ones with there bodies and ultimately Failing as the blast left not a single trace of them.
She Remembered attacking a village and every man of the village raced at her to buy even a second for the families to run. The Giant of a warrior could not help but start to tremble with tears in her eyes. She still remembered it had not mattered as the scouter let her find all of them in the end. The faces flew by so quickly until Opherla still starved and on the street looked up at her in fear trying to hide.
Standing up in a surge of power and the Waters around her fly up from her sudden movement before falling back in on itself. How many would have had a chance to live if she could not have found them? maybe got off world. She had killed thousands of Opherla's over the years.. as they hid just like she had when they had met.
Suddenly a Voice range out from behind the warrior "" HEEY what are you doing? trying to catch a cold come on inside woman!"" The old teacher yelled at her snapping her out of her own night mare. "" Yes Master Roshi"" Her response gave him pause before he went back inside. The student was normally full of Sass and it made it perfectly clear what she thought about being called woman.
He had watched her even if it did not seem like it from the window and through out all of it he was sure of one thing. The woman was troubles as she walked back into the house. The old teacher was not having it as she tried to proceed straight up the stairs. "" It looks like something is needed to get off your chest and this is the one time i am not talking about the ladies. ""
The old man knew about Opherla As Zaks was very proud of her daughter and had told the little old man many stories about her over her time training with him. "" I.... He would wait for her to start talking as she guided her to a chair to sit and went over to his old pizza. Grabbed a few slices onto a plate and brought it back to her. She stretched her shoulders after the removal of the heavy turtle shell from her back and looked back at her expectant teacher. "" When... I think some times to much i can picture all the children I have killed and there parents. some times if i am really tired or disoriented i picture them as Opherla. I can not help but wonder sometimes... how many Opherla did i create...how many did i kill""
It hurt thinking about it. she remember the first planet she had taken over and how much of it was pain it was not to have a scouter in order find anyone. Some had managed to get off world after she had left and before she sold it for the Saiyan empire. But after that the scouters made it to easy. If i could not have found them all so easy so many would have slipped past me...Being able to sense scares me. It Scares me that i miss the fighting... The challenge it used to bring to my life.

As strong as you two are...it will only attack people to you. if you don't learn how to sense KI how can you find your daughter when she needs you?""
The Question was such a simple one that Zaks had not thought of it yet. What would happen if something was happening to her? She would not even know that opherla needed her. What if they were fighting in a city and she lost track of her after a messy brawl? It literal had happened to her before with her old squad when her scouter had broke.
It was such a simple thought she could not beleive she did not think about it herself. But of course Master Roshi did not stop there at all and hit the nail again with even more wisdom. "" how would you know when to take your daughter and run from some one dangerous coming for you two? Stop whining! focus on what you can and what is right in front of you.
It took a little while for Zaks to calm down but once she did she could not help but feel Exsuasted. Looking around she realized everyone else was asleep and she figured she should sleep as well. But first she needed a shower to wash all the salt off. she would not sleep in a salty bed.

The hybrid warrior was up before anyone else and raiding her master Kitchen for cooking utensils. After all she was a Saiyan and all it took was for the old man to see her eat one time. After that a new rule was she must bring her own food or go get her own food that he would not pay for it. The hybrid could only agree sheepishly.
She did not take that long once she found them and proceeded to cook her own pancakes and enough for everyone in the house. Why pancakes? they were soooo yummy and sweet yet still very filling! Add the part that she was not a very good cook and they were perfect for her. She could not help but grin slightly as she remembered the look her teacher had given her about how much syrup she had eaten. He had looked green from just watching her.
Even once she finished eating and cleaning she knew more then likely that no one else in the house would be awake. And so she headed out to the beach to keep her training going. So down to the beach she went and proceeded to her spot in the waves. This time she had a different mind set then she did before.
The last time she had done this she had made herself a villain that would eventually turned on everyone else if she learned to sense power levels. but honestly now she knew what she had to learn it. If she did not have it then she could not offer the best protection that she could muster for her new home and Family.
What if one Day her daughter was fighting for her life and she was just at home being Lazy?! What if Zaks was grocery shopping instead of rushing to her daughters aid? No she needed to learn how to do this no matter how long it took her to learn it!"" Alright... Lucetia.... Let us do this."" She mumbled to herself before trying to open herself up again to the world around her.

She focused even more on it and before long she could see it in her minds eye. That little sphere of light just sitting there deep inside keeping her warm as it sorta fluttered about.
What was he expecting her to look at."" THERE!"" She called out! she had seen her center flutter and for the briefest moment felt something touch the light. It was very strong power and slowly coming closer and closer.."" Wait... That would mean.""
The Hybrids eyes shot open as the new power got closer and closer to her but her head looked back and forth. All she saw was master roshi. ..."" Master... Are you really.... Never mind"" she spoke out loud for a moment as she watched him for the briefest of a moment and then shook her head.
Closing her eyes again she felt around her and soon realized who the others in the house were, She could feel them and know were they are at the moment and for some reason it was grand. ""WAS THAT Opherla? "" she cried out in shock as she examined the powerful feeling she was getting in the direction she did not have question that it was her and she just knew who it was.
""hahahah i can tell you figured it out! good for you! now just keep practicing it for a long while. i am gonna head back inside now. We can train so more later... although ...I might give more training out to day if you would do what i asked about the ...""
