Zaks flew over the Saiyan Ship yards and was surprised at what she was seeing down below. there ware more ships then ever before amongst the Saiyans and that was something she did not think she was gonna see in her life time. She figured with them taking all the losses they did during the war they would have manning issues. but it seems like there are more aliens then ever before working for the Saiyans down in those yards.



To make it even more surprising was the fact there were new ship designs that definitely looked Saiyan and she could not understand that since most Saiyans hated to learn that sort of function in society. She slowly flew down to the entrench of the Ship yards making sure she was seen by the guards since they were intercept her if she got even remotely close to the shipyards while flying though the air. All ships costed a lot of money and they had to be protected no mater what.



"" Hello My name is Lucetia. I am looking for a ship and purchase for my missions. Who would I speak to?"" Her manners were gruff and to the point intentionally. she could not blame him after all since she was wearing outdated and damaged armor. He probably decided she had no money and there fore was wasting everyone's time with her little inquiry. But he still kept doing his duty and she could handle that compared to other types of bigots that she had to deal with. She eventfully found him as he was working on a nearby hull that would soon be a new ship for the Saiyans. But from the looks of it he was having issues with what he was doing."" Blasted furless tailed aps!"" he cursed as he went about his job with a precision she could only envy as he did things with out even fully looking at what he was doing."" We want a new ship design they say! bahh! We dont want to pay for it they say!!! Bahh!"" Every time he finished a sentence he would curse or yell and she could not help but dread trying to talk to the old man.



"" UMM sir?"" she called out to him only for him to stop and stare at her. The old man was loosing his hair and balding quickly but that did nothing for his physique that was leave most warriors green with Envy. That also said nothing about his eyes as they stared at her full of intelligence hiding by all the grease and other oils that covered his frame. "" YEAHAH? IF YOU GOT SOMTHING TO SAY THEN SAY IT""



He also had a booming Voice apparently. "" Sorry sir but i was told you could help me with getting a ship?"" The way his eyes turned into a glare for a moment as he looked her up and down. They Quickly lost there anger as he took a deep breath. "" I will tell you what... I wont sell you a ship as the King has bought every single ship here. What i will do is build you a ship if you pay for it and let me Design it. i will cut you a big discount.



That was not to bad a bad deal at all. she was under no false illusions that ships were expensive at the moment as it seemed the King wanted to buy up as many ships as he could recently and other supplies. For her mind that could only mean one thing. he was getting ready for another war with who though.



She did not think about it long as he started to scowl think she was wasting his time. "" I will take that deal...but i need some things on it. I need it to house at least two people and room for an Booster upgrade. I will also need you to add a large training room. if that was ok?""

This old man was trying to figure out how much it was going to cost the both of them."" Zaks thought about it for a moment before nodding and reaching up to shake the old timers hand as they sealed the Deal."" sounds good i will go finish the Job back in the City and i think i will be able to get some Money soon. Her take this for a first installment. "" she held out her credit chit and his tablet beeped once, beeped twice and accepted her money.



"" That is good it wont be nearly enough to finish it but it will be enough for me to start it"" Smiling the old man suddenly went back to work on his tablet as he began to order everything he would need in order to start on his new project. He would work on the Elites ships first that had paid but more then a few had been late in there payments. The old man decided they could wait longer since they were unwilling to pay for it.
