A flight to earth didn't take as long as Churri had expected. She almost thought that it would've taken her more than three days to reach it, but surely enough that time was cut by a day. She would've arrived a day early, but she had to hijack a Saiyan pod from the Saiyan, who was sent to observe her progress, and figure out how to pilot it which wasn't a facile task. Her ship decided to go crazy on her when she entered the earth's atmosphere. Someone was going to definitely notice an alien space pod had entered earth and crashed into a building.
Luckily her ship was far from any neighboring towns, so she didn't have to worry about drawing too much attention, but surely a wanderer of some kind or definitely a property owner would take notice of the ship. Churri didn't care whether the ship inflicted heavy property damage, as she was more eager to get out of the pod and explore her surroundings. Being stuck on the planet that she was sent to when she was little had made her more ready for what might attack her. But she was hoping that she didn't have to resort to killing things that should've minded their own business. As Churri emerges from the pod, the fresh smell of grass waft the air. The sun beamed on her face, causing her to shield the harmful rays with her arm. The sky was mostly clear with a couple of clouds rolling by. The first thing she noticed was that there wasn't a single hint of ki around as she began to scan her surroundings.
Everything about her new surroundings was different, instead of being in a forest that didn't appear to have an end to it, she was somewhere in the outskirts of a city. The building behind her in which half of it was destroyed by the stolen ship belonged to a company that delivered wood from the trees they knocked down. When one of their workers was sent to find out what the loud crashing they heard, he was quickly startled by a large tear in their building. His eyes would eventually gaze upon an unfamiliar entity; the cause of the buildings destruction. “F-freak! W-what in tarnation do you do!” The man stuttered as she tried his best to get the words to come out. “I’m g-gonna count to five or I'm gonna shoot.” The male worker trembled before the female Saiyan who was too busy figuring out what to do next before the corner of her brown eyes locked in on the wood worker attempting to reach for something in his pocket. Churri heaved a sigh and stuck her hand out. “New planet same problem,” she said as purple ki began to form in the palm of her right hand. “Can you assholes never leave me alone?” WC: 482

Penguin Village, it had some of the freshest produce a man could find so he didn't mind taking the trip out here every now and then for some groceries. He always preferred eating fresh and supporting the local farmers of the small village. In a way, he felt much better about purchasing off humble villagers than he did buying foods from massive corporations. Even if the food had cost a little bit more, he felt as if it was well worth it. That and these villagers relied on more natural means of insect and pest prevention than massive corporations. So he didn't mind the fact that he was eating healthier too.
Though as Kira had been shopping for his groceries through the locals farmers market, the sound of a ship entering the atmosphere had drawn his attention. His green eyes rose up to the sky to watch it land just outside of his view with a crash. It was in the direction of the lumberyard. It was a small business that was an essential workplace for the people in penguin village. It was likely even the place to work around here as the village didn't offer much choice for employment. If a place like that were to take a massive hit, the towns people and it's economy might end up suffering.
"Oh man... Why does this kind of thing always have to happen when I'm around?"
Kira asked himself quietly before gripping his paper grocery bag a little tighter and flying over to the location of the crash. He flew quickly and closed the distance fast with a few fresh vegetables and fruits falling from his bag as he flew. Once he got to the lumberyard he saw the pods crash site, a damaged building and a standoff between a woman and a man. He saw that the woman had energy forming in her right hand as the male had seemed eager to engage in a conflict but Kira didn't want it to come to that. He dropped down, his feet touching down in between them as he stood in front of the man and faced the woman. He slowly approached and dropped his bag of groceries onto the ground. He wasn't so worried about the villager hurting her but he was worried about her hurting him.
"Listen.."
He said and calmly and as friendly as he could. "This.. this isn't how we do things around here and it isn't very often people get to see a spaceship crash into their place of work... You can't blame them for being.. a little scared, can you?"
He slowly reached out his hand but made sure he didn't make contact with her, his hand gesture lowered slowly as he offered a large smile. "So why don't we just lower the hand and talk this out, yeah?" He couldn't help but hope she'd take him up on the offer. He really didn't want to be blasted with some Ki today while trying to gather some groceries.

Just as her ki forming hand was about to deliver a clean hit towards the man's chest for irritating her and not minding their own business, a stranger decided to intervene. Her vision was trapped in the abrupt landing of a beefy green haired man who seemed to possess the ability to fly. By the look of it, the green man looked more like a competent fighter than the wood worker as he landed in between her and the wood worker appearing calm and friendly. Well that's a first, considering her last greeting ended up with a couple of bodies in the ground and the wood worker would've met the same fate if it weren't for his interference. "Flight?" She murmurs as a hint of a smirk crossed the edge of her face. The ki in her hand vanished but her annoyance remained. "You consider yourself as one of their own?" She laughs. "You're far from an earthling my friend, so tell me what do they call you? Hope you're not some farm boy serving this back water planet." She said.
Although she doesn't know all that much about Earth, but if she were to pick a word to describe it then advanced wouldn't be the one to come to mind. Though she was curious to peek into the Earthlings civilization as she didn't have anything better to do, she just hopes she doesn't find herself meeting a fellow saiyan.

He couldn't help but give off a sigh of relief when she lowered her hand and dispersed her energy. While he enjoyed Martial Arts in general, he wasn't a fan of fighting and would avoid it at all costs, even here he would've done his best to avoid all conflict but taking a blast to the chest is a hard thing to just let go and talk your way out of. Though, Kira couldn't help but arch a brow either upon hearing her assumption of him. He was far from an Earthling? Now that statement had never been more wrong.
Kira shrugged his shoulders. "You'd be wrong to assume I'm not an Earthling. I was born here, raised here. Earthling through and through." He said with a reassuring smile as his right hand reached up to scratch his head as his green eyes had a very friendly shine within them. Of course, Kira didn't know that his mother was a Cerealian and that would make him half Cerealian but that didn't matter regardless. She had given him an excuse as to why her eye was red and it was classified as medical. That was always good enough for him.
"My names Kira. I'm a Martial Arts instructor here on Earth actually. No working the lumberyard for me."
At this point he couldn't help but give off an awkward laugh as he tried to make the situation less tense. Last thing he wanted to do was spark something up again and cause a fight of some kind. The more peaceful and passive this was, the better it was for everybody around including him. Though it was now time to ask her a few questions. He hadn't ever seen a saiyan in person before so he wouldn't be able to tell even if he tail was on full display.
"What about you? What's your name and where exactly do you come from?" Curiosity wanted had gotten the better of him and if the conversation had continued to go well, he'd try to get her out of here to completely separate her from the damage that had been caused. His parents had been rich so he would plan to come back and sort this out with the lumber company, mind you they might've had some sort of insurance to cover the damages. As of now, Kira would try to keep defusing the situation and try to move her somewhere else where they can continue a friendly discussion and who knows, maybe he would've just met a brand new friend if they could get along. Plus, if this girl had needed some sort of help he had the means to do it but that would all depend on how the rest of this interaction goes. It was nice that she lowered her hand and he had hope that she was actually a nice person but yet, he had still braced for the worst. Tension was still strong between the people that had gathered around.

"My name is of no importance" She dismissed the green haired Earthlings attempt to get a name. Despite his seemingly friendly demeanor she's still not sure of his character. She'd rather fully dissect someone before deciding to open doors for them. There wasn't much hostility oozing from Churri as even when she threatened to end the wood workers life for being a nuisance she still kept a level of calmness as she's not like some type of psychotic killing machine. However, she doesn't tolerate interruption and likes to be able to mind her own business in peace though she can't say the same for others. Meddlesome lots are as annoying as Saiyans so the green haired man was no exception.
After hearing his second question she wasn't surprised to find out that the green haired man didn't know of her race, not that she heard anything about them appearing to a planet such as this one as there aren't any valuable resources worth salvaging. It would be a waste of time for them to conquer the planet, then again there has been a copious amount of planets that's been dominated by the empire, at least that's how the stories went.
But she didn't care about stories, all that mattered to her was getting strong so that she could crush the Saiyan Empire and rule it before some other meat head could pulverize their legacy to oblivion. "As you can obviously tell im not from here, but I'll satisfy your curiosity" She points at her tail as it swayed from side to side. "Not your typical Earthling, or rather not one at all. Pretty cool, huh? Getting to see an exotic creature stand before you. Not many get the chance to see it. Then again I'm not surprised since your kind would get wiped out if they venture too far into space, hoping to establish dominance across the galaxy." She said with a smug attitude.

He couldn't help but roll his eyes and let out a light chuckle as he continued to try to break the tension of this whole situation. It was obvious that she wasn't overly trusting of him if he couldn't even get a name from her but he couldn't force her to tell him. He was just a guy in the wrong place at the right time and now he's just trying to befriend somebody, avoiding a conflict and be a genuinely good person. Of course, she couldn't know that just by this short interaction but he intended to show her. "I mean, your name is kind of important. Wouldn't you say?" He chuckled again, his hand scratching the back of his head and ruffling his hair around once more. "I mean, what am I supposed to call you if I don't know your name?"
When it came to her origin, she hadn't been quite as mysterious with it like she was with her name. He had known she wasn't from around here, as the fact that she crashed a ship into the lumberyards structures. That was the first sign Kira had that she wasn't from around here. The second was that she had been rather eager to raise her hand and threaten somebody's life. That wasn't something most Earthlings did. Though the third, she had pointed to a tail and Kira's eyes had went slightly wide with surprise.
"You.. you've got a tail?"
He hadn't met a saiyan before, but he had heard of the from time to time and that was what he knew. They had tails. He didn't really know much about their history of being conquerors, it was something that his mother was familiar with but kept him shielded from. She had also hid the fact that he was half Cerealian and that the planet Cereal had recently fallen to the saiyans invasion.
"That.. makes you a saiyan, right?"
He couldn't help but question casually as he lifted a brow curiously and placed his hand against his chin as he thought about it for a moment. "I mean, I guess that makes sense. Given you just landed here in a pod.." He chuckled again, before focusing down her last few words in regards to Earthlings venturing too far into space. She had seemed to underestimate Earthlings an while Kira would be the first one to admit they weren't a very strong race of people, they were smart and determined and very well versed to adapting into new environments.
"I wouldn't dismiss us Earthlings so quickly, there's a.. there's a lot more to us than meets the eye."
He didn't quite know where he got this line from but he felt as if he saw it in a movie or something and it seemed fitting to his situation. Earthlings had always been full of surprises and they had their fare share of hardships in the past. It wouldn't be wise to toss an Earthling aside so quickly and to think that they couldn't amount to much or keep up.

Names didn't hold any importance to her, especially if you don't intend on remembering them. Keeping up with people's names that you encounter in your day to day life is already a drag, so she did the green haired Earthing a favor by not revealing her name. Though maybe later on she may allow him the indulgence, but for now she kept her distance. Mainly being that she doesn't know a thing about him other than that he seemed to hold Earthlings to a high regard which she remain doubtful. Technology tends to be the determintor of a race longevity, not just ones physical condition as there are a slew of factors that make some races hold more dominance than others. For the saiyans it was there relentless quest for power which is why they're feared across the Cosmo's as they won't stop at nothing in a bid for power. But she wasn't like the other saiyans as she was more of a tactical planner than a rush in and get the first hit kind of person. "Well, well well. Aren't you a bright one." She said. Although she'd never been on Earth until now, she didn't expect Earthlings to have consistent features like the Earthling standing before her as everything about yelled green, from his hair to his eyes; maybe he liked asparagus or something as a kid. As for the wood worker, his was a mix of different heritages, perhaps a product of interbreeding. Though these were her own hypothesis based on what's in front of her.
"Congratulations, Earthling" Her eyes shifted towards the wood worker who was still feeling shaky until the green one intervene which had allay his panic. "Although I had planned to just scare you away but you were willing to fight. Not sure if you're stupid or brave but thank this guy for saving you." She smirked before turning her attention back to the other Earthling. "Well aren't you a hero. Do you do this often or is some type of six sense guided you all the way out here" She asked. She was expecting some type of defense force that most civilizations have to come and diffuse or eliminate the problem but instead it was some wandering Earthling who appeared to be grocery shopping and decided to come here instead of minding his business which is one of her many pet peeves. Well, she had confirmed his suspicions about her being a saiyan in a rather rude way but he'd simply just brush it off. There hadn't been a point in getting upset about anything and when it came to her name, if she didn't want to tell him he wasn't going to try to push it any further. He wanted this whole situation to deescalate and to bring tensions down and the last thing he wanted to do was raise them up again. He just had to keep doing what he was doing and try to not piss her off and he'd be in the clear. He hated fighting with a passion and that was the last thing he wanted to do here.
"Well, I'd like to think I'm a lot brighter than most."
He chuckled, trying to keep everything lighthearted and playful as his right hand came up to scratch the back of his head again. She was a tough and stubborn one and this wasn't exactly a situation he was prepared for. He couldn't help but wonder if all of the saiyan race had been like this. If they were, he wondered how they could even manage to get along with one another. When she wondered what had brought him out here, his simple truth was he was stronger than most had potentially had the power to change things. He would always try and do the right thing to avoid a conflict, even if he ended up being on the receiving end of a bad deal. He couldn't just stand by while something bad was about to happen and while he didn't expect this exact situation while coming to the crash site, he felt as if he already saved the worker a beating and that was already a very great success.
"I wouldn't call myself a hero, I'm just a guy who's trying to do the right thing. Nobody has to get hurt over this and nobody should be afraid. There's no reason that we all can't just get along. There's no point in anybody causing problems when we can avoid that." Now he was going to try and get her away from this place. If he could put some distance between her and the people, he felt anything that could go wrong would be completely avoided and that's why he was here in the first place.
"Listen, There's an area nearby that's rather peaceful and calm and would make a good place to talk away from everybody else. If you'd be wiling to join me, maybe we can figure out a way to help you?" He asked calmly. He didn't think she'd be overly receptive to the idea but he had to try and he figured she could use the help. He couldn't help but think she didn't have any friends or family on this planet and she was going to need a roof over her head so at least he'd have something to offer her in terms of help.

"This planet is already making me sick" She mumbles, low enough for only her ears to pick up. She wasn't enjoying the fact that Kira had her pegged as some raging delinquent who'll Ki blast anyone who pisses her off. She was more mellow than the average Saiyan but one thing that could set her mood back to irritation would be the Earthling making her out to be a delinquent. It was like he was some police officer trying to keep a suspect from harming a civilian. His badge of honor and good will at full display. People like that don't sit well with her, as it makes her believe that they have the moral high ground. Utilizing their power of good to allay the tides of violence and pent up anger so that others may walk away safely. While she did nearly threaten to kill a lone lumbermen, to her it wasn't a big deal as there's a slew of workers like him who're waiting in line.
People are expendable, and the green haired earthling wasn't an exception to this fact either. "You can cut the crap you know. You're not some paragon of goodness." She said, now her tone shifted to seriousness. "I'm not sure if you're just naive but I have no intentions of being helped, not by a Human. Especially by someone who's too goody to shoes." She continued. She couldn't understand the point of having highly sought after values that make one some type of complete creature, brimming with the ingredients that made someone a proud and upstanding citizen. An illuminating beacon for people to huddle around them during times of stress.
His light was too bright for her and it began to agitate her, as she stepped back and stared at the earthling with disgust. Whether it was jealousy she's feeling or weakness, she wasn't sure but the heat within her body began to rise the more she stayed. She needed to find somewhere that's less suffocating than being around him. "Tch, this is beneath me." Churri rose from the ground, appearing to have her mind already settled on something. "Thanks but no thanks. I have other things to take care of, baby sit someone else." She said and waved him off.

While she had mumbled something, Kira couldn't identify the words but he knew that they couldn't be good. It was likely a sign that she was getting aggravated but there wasn't much else he could do. He was trying everything to defuse the situation, make her feel like she had somebody here on this planet that she could talk too but it seemed as if he was just getting on her nerves. This was the first saiyan he was dealing with after all, he didn't know how they acted or if this was just a her thing. Regardless of that, he was pleased that he showed up to try, even if it wasn't going the way he had hoped for. Doing the right thing didn't always mean he'd succeed, but he was here trying and that's really what mattered the most and if she didn't wish to accept his help, then so be it. He wasn't going to force her into anything she didn't want to do.
"You're right, I'm not some paragon of goodness, and maybe I am a little bit naive but I'm just trying to help and if that makes me a goody two shoes, then fine but at least I'm here trying." Kira shrugged his shoulders. Her words didn't really bite into him what so ever and he wasn't offended by anything she had to say. Is this really what the universe was coming too? A person tries to help a stranger and they get met with such an attitude? Huh, oh well. There wasn't much he could do about it.
When she began to raise herself up into the air, Kira couldn't help but watch. He was done trying to convince her and if she wanted to go out and explore the Earth, that was her call. He wasn't going to try and beg her to stay and if anything he was slightly relieved that the people here wouldn't be harmed. He listened to her last words and gave her that before she took her leave. There wasn't anything else to say, her mind had been made up and he was fine with that. He had other things to worry about. Slowly, he gathered up his groceries and put them back in the bag and lifted them up in his arms. He couldn't help but turn to the worker with a smile.
"Well, that could've gone a whole hell of a lot worse." He said lightheartedly. Now that he was no longer needed here, Kira found himself lifting up as well and flying off into the sky. He was heading back to West City, he had a bunch of chores left to do at home and he was starting to get really hungry. Hell, he had to get the dojo ready for the next day too. The list of things had been piling up on him and it seemed the rest of his night was going to be busy with sorting all of it out before he could get a good nights sleep.
