Name: Frozen
Age: 70
Starting Planet: Earth
Race: Frieza Race
Transformation Path: Evolution Power
Racial Traits:
Natural Strength: The Changeling race is naturally very powerful. It takes them less effort to become stronger than most.Given their natural strength and forms that reduce their power, they gain advantages to using their inferior transformation:
15% additional gains while in First Form.
10% additional gains while in Second Form.
5% additional gains while in Third Form.
Once a Changeling reaches a power level of 200,000, this racial becomes obsolete.
Adapted to Survival: They're also very tough to kill, they've got an additional 15% health as well. They've been seen surviving being cut completely in half and can even survive the destruction of a planet. They can even survive without the use of special techniques in low-oxygen environments, such as the vacuum of space.
Weighted Effects: Changeling have a natural bio armor, due to this natural weight on them the effects of weights on their combat effectiveness is reduced by 5%. (Power Level Reductions from Weighted Gear are reduced by 5%) Though, they excel further while training under gravity. (10% increases on all training done in a gravity chamber.)

4th Form:
Personality: Frozen, much as his people are known for, is polite and respectful when it comes to most interactions. He treats most people with a kind of grace that befits a lord, allowing insults to roll off his back and perhaps throwing a light jab or two in response. He possesses a kind of arrogance about him, that he and his were born with a destiny that presupposes their superiority, though unlike some, he takes this legacy as a motivation to improve his person. Frozen believes that ruling truly and justly requires hands-on-experience among one's current/prospective subjects, that learning from and about them will serve both king and country in the long-term. Frozen is used to being listened to when he has something to say and grows irritated easily when ignored or rebuffed callously. Although he can take a joke at his own expense, pushing Frozen with antics or a general lack of seriousness where deemed appropriate can cause the changeling to lose his temper, either raising his voice, firing a shot into the air (or near someone) to get their attention, or slamming the ground with his tail in order to silence a room.
Frozen's biggest character flaw is his ability to hold onto a grudge. When wronged in a significant enough way to earn his vindictiveness, Frozen will simply not let it go. Casually cruel remarks at someone, hampering them in small ways in non-consequential combat scenarios, back-talking, all of these things are on the table and he masks them with a false veneer of politeness. If the grudge continues to grow, Frozen might even refuse, out of sheer spite, to aid an individual, even if it is in everyone's best interest to do so. Egotism mixed with passive aggression forges an ugly rot that is almost impossible to uproot.
History: Frozen grew up on the Planet Arectic on the distant arm of the North Galaxy. He was born into royalty and, from the start, knew nothing but the pleasures and pageantry of the castle. There, he studied politics, the nature of power and how it is to be used, and also of his birthright, however far he made it expand. Frozen was taught that power was both a means and an end, one begetting the other in a cycle with the end-goal of encompassing all within the grasp of the user. This... had always been hard for Frozen to fully grasp, for what good was power without a tangible goal to direct it toward. He watched, at times, as the people in the streets below him struggled and fought for survival, but also smiled and laughed, grew up... and then old despite their humble lots in life... Frozen felt a connection to them start to form from afar, an... affection for them.
As he grew older, Frozen chose to spend his free time more among the people than in the castle. Under cover of cloak, the changeling spoke with, interacted with, and even slept among the common folk, getting an idea of their living conditions from the ground as his interest in them swelled. His parents would reprimand this behavior, but his youthful defiance only fed his urge to discover even more, uncovering a seedy underbelly of society that had been selling and distributing illegal substances and... people...!? And what was this? The money trail was leading back to... his parents!?
Frozen, ashamed as he was, bided his time throughout his early thirties and forties, putting on a veneer of what he understood to be his parent's ideal son. He needed to secure power in order to enact his plan and that meant securing his position for the throne. The moment they grew old and placed the grown upon his head, his parents would soon discover their mistake as Frozen's guards seized them! The newly crowned lord read off their lists of charges before having them executed, informing the people that he, a young man by his species standards, would be the new ruler of Arectic.
...And what a leader he was. Over the next handful of decades, Frozen's empire had spread from one little world in the middle of nowhere, to a somewhat modest but multi-planetary and tightly knit empire of many races and peoples. He was seen by some as a divine guide, others as a benevolent king, the young changeling displaying his ability to both unify peoples and stamp out threats to them in the appropriate manner. ...However, Frozen was not yet content with his lot in life. He had his eye set on this diverse, but otherwise underdeveloped little blue ball of rock and water called "Earth." Deciding to see it, experience it, and walk among it himself, Frozen took a small entourage and a ship to the planet, intending to learn about these people the only way he truly knew how: personally.
It was likely that his men alone would have been enough to put down this mad beast but Frozen wanted to send a personal message: Threaten his subjects... and your death was certain. The Saiyan made no move to attack fore his body would not support him. His hostile expression began to slacken as his skin tinted white, blood flowing out rather than through his body. His hands clutched around the wound as if slowing the bloodflow would buy him a few more defiant seconds... and Frozen's own expression softened. It really WAS sad. Look at this thing... like a diseased animal caught harshly in a trap. Even in it's last moments of life, it struggled and snapped at it's captor,, not knowing or accepting it's already certain fate. Frozen walked up to the man, cupping his face in his hands... before, with a sharp JERK, snapped his neck in one swift movement. The man dropped instantly and Frozen stood over him, pity upon his face. If only he were capable of reason... Frozen could have given him a home here... All of that power and ferocity turned towards the betterment of his subjects... a better life for a warrior...
"Orain." Frozen spoke into his scouter. In a flash, a long-headed alien in battle armor was at the changeling's side, kneeling in submission before his lord.
"Yes, Lord Frozen!" He barked!
"Give this body a proper burial, then set about overseeing the reconstruction efforts. I do not wish there to be any evidence of this Saiyan's rampage before the sun sets."
"Of course, my lord!" Orain declared, scooping up the body before leaving again. Frozen stared down at the bloody spot on the ground... before grinding his foot into the blood. In an instant, only slightly upturned dirt remained where his heel had been. No evidence. Dead... and forgotten.

Frozen's best trait, however, is his cool kindness and wisdom. Frozen truly does care for the... "lesser" beings over when he governs as if they were his children. After all, if he is to be their lord, it is best if he views them as such. He longs to raise the weak and aid those where he can, but is also not willing to do EVERYTHING for his charges. Frozen understands that if change were to stick, it must come from the source. In this respect, he will give advice and insight, but will never divulge quicker, easier paths to power. These things must be discovered by ones self.

Techniques:
[P1OT1] Death Beam: Frozen points at a spot on the opponent and fires a highly condensed thin blue beam from his fingertip! This attack can pierce an opponent easily!
[OT1] Death Charge: Frozen emits a dome of energy around himself and charges at the opponent!
[OT2] Death Hammer: Frozen covers himself in a dome of energy before RAMMING into an opponent. He then lowers the dome to deliver a vicious uppercut to the body, then an overhead-slam to the head.
[DT1] Preemptive Afterimage: The moment Frozen identifies an oncoming attack, he disappears, leaving behind a fading image of himself. Frozen will then appear elsewhere either to attempt a counter-attack, or to gain some distance from the opponent.
[ST] Flight: Frozen can fly using his ki.

Roleplay Sample: The Saiyan collapsed onto the ground, three finger-sized holes smoking from his chest. Frozen stood before the dying man, the tip of his finger smoking, his face neutral. Composed. However, even as his body burned and sizzled from the inside, out, organs pierced and scorched, the Saiyan continued to rise, blood flowing from his maw as it would from a draining farm animal.
"Please. Do not get up." Frozen beckoned, turning his hand upwards in a gesture of pleading. "Your death is inevitable. There is no reason to make it more unpleasant." The Saiyan said nothing. He needed all of his air merely to lift his frame. He did, however, take a moment to spit at the changeling's feet. Frozen turned up his nose in disgust. A boorish gesture. Frozen was hardly one to accept stereotypes as fact. After all, if this were true, the reputation of his kin would have made himself out to be a cruel, power-hungry maniac. This man, however... It was as if every negative trait of the Saiyans had been rolled up into one twisted little man from his bloodlust, to his callousness, to his hunger for battle. Had he not stepped into his territory and threatened his subjects, Frozen... might've allowed him to live. It was not his place to interfere with the affairs of the outside galaxy, after all... But since he had...
